Fine pitch (e.g. P1.9) can cost ~30–50% more than a coarser pitch — but you only need it for close viewing.

Outdoor brightness and IP65 weatherproofing add 20–50% over a comparable indoor wall.

Day one is the premium; extra days drop to roughly 20% of it, and weekly rates are cheaper still.

Tighter pitch packs more LEDs per panel, so the panels cost more — but you only need it for close viewing. We'll spec the cheapest pitch that still looks perfect.

Outdoor adds roughly 20–50% over a comparable indoor wall — higher-brightness panels plus IP65 weatherproofing. As an example, a $3,500/day booth-class wall outdoors runs closer to $4,200–$5,250/day.
The day rate covers panels, basic processing, ground-stack rigging, NYC delivery, setup/strike, and an on-site tech. Quoted separately: flown rigging, 3-phase power & distro, 4K switchers / media servers, custom content & motion, extra crew, outdoor weatherproofing, and insurance / permits.
