Can I buy just panels, or a full system?

Either — bare panels at trade pricing, or a fully commissioned and calibrated wall with processing, rigging, and spares. Most buyers start with a spec call so we can scope the cheapest option that still does the job.

Do you handle import, freight, and tariffs?

Yes — door-to-NYC, including customs clearance and tariff handling. You get one landed cost up front, so there are no surprise line items waiting at the port.

What are typical lead times?

Plan on roughly 3–6 weeks from confirmed spec and deposit to NYC delivery, depending on pitch, quantity, and factory queue. Rush options exist on common pitches we keep moving.

What's the minimum order, and how do payments work?

Flexible — we aggregate MOQs across orders, so you're not stuck buying a full container to get factory pricing. Terms are typically a deposit to start production with the balance before or on delivery; we'll spell it out on the quote.

What's the warranty, and what if a panel arrives DOA?

Panels carry the factory warranty (commonly two years on the gear we source), and we hold spares so a dead tile or module is a same-day swap, not a stalled show. DOA units are replaced from local stock while the factory claim runs in the background.

Do you support what we buy?

Yes — calibration, spares, and service contracts are available, run by the same NYC crew that uses this gear on live jobs. We don't disappear after the invoice clears.
