LED SCREEN RENTAL · INDOOR & OUTDOOR

LED screen rental — indoor and outdoor screens, built to your size.

Same-week delivery · a tech on site through your show · spares on every truck.

What you actually rent

A working screen, sized to your space — with the team that runs it.

THE SCREEN

Any size, by the panel

Modular LED panels build a screen to your exact width and height — indoor fine-pitch or IP-rated outdoor.

THE CREW

Rigged and run by a tech

Rigging, load-in, calibration, and an on-site technician for your whole run — not a drop-off.

THE CONTENT

Built for your resolution

Graphics, loops, and live feeds formatted to the screen's exact pixel map by our in-house content studio.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Redundant and on time

Video processing with backup, transport, setup, and teardown — one team, one quote.

Pixel pitch, brightness, and size

Pixel pitch decides how close people can stand before the image breaks up. Fine pitch (P1.5–P2.6) suits close, camera-facing screens; P3.9 suits big or outdoor screens viewed from further back.

Brightness ranges from ~800 nits indoors to 5,000+ nits for daylight outdoor screens. Panels are modular (typically 500mm), so a screen builds to almost any size or aspect ratio. Tell us your venue, audience distance, and content and we'll spec the right screen.

What we rent LED screens for

Same screen, different show — here's where it goes most.

What an LED screen rental costs

Most event screens land between $3,500 and $15,000 per day; larger concert and outdoor builds scale higher — rigging, crew, processing and content included, not bolted on after.

LED screen rental — FAQ

Good to know · Before you book

How much does it cost to rent an LED screen?

Most event screens run $3,500–$15,000/day all-in — panels, processing, rigging, delivery, and an on-site tech. Size, pixel pitch, and indoor vs outdoor move the number.

What's the difference between an LED screen, panel, and wall?

They're the same technology at different scales — modular LED panels tile together to form a screen or a full wall. We size it to your space; the words are interchangeable.

Can you do outdoor LED screens?

Yes — weatherproof (IP-rated), high-brightness panels (5,000+ nits) that stay readable in daylight, with power and rigging planned for the site.

How fast can you deliver in NYC?

Most rentals go out same-week, and rush or next-day is often possible. Send your date and we'll confirm fast.

Do you cover crew and content?

Yes. The same studio rents the screen, rigs and runs it with an on-site tech, and builds the content that plays on it — one team, one quote.
